Compact Commission

The PA Compact Commission is the intergovernmental agency responsible for the administration of the compact. The commission is comprised of delegates from every compact member state.

Rulemaking

Proposed Rule on Rulemaking (posted August 26, 2024)

To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to gminix@csg.org with the subject line “PA Compact Rulemaking”.
